How to do the Calf Stretch Elbows Against Wall

  1. Face a wall, place your forearms flat against it, and step one foot back.
  2. Keep the back heel on the floor and the knee straight to target the gastrocnemius.
  3. Lean your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the back calf.
  4. Hold 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
