Chain Handle Extension

Other Triceps

The Chain Handle Extension is a powerlifting movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Chain Handle Extension

  1. Grip the chain handles firmly with elbows pinned in the starting position.
  2. Extend your arms to full lockout, squeezing the triceps hard at the end.
  3. Control the return—don't let the chain weight pull your elbows out of position.
  4. Keep your torso still; all movement comes from the elbow joint.
