How to do the Close-Grip EZ-Bar Press
- Lie on a bench and grip the inner angled grips of the EZ-bar with arms extended over your chest.
- Lower the bar toward your lower chest or forehead by bending at the elbows, keeping them tucked.
- Press back to lockout, driving through the triceps.
- Keep your upper arms stationary — only your forearms should move.
