The Cocoons is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cocoons

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight, feet just off the floor.
  2. Simultaneously tuck your knees to your chest and crunch your upper body forward, wrapping your arms around your shins.
  3. Return to the start position with control, keeping your feet off the floor the entire set.
  4. Move smoothly — momentum defeats the purpose; let your abs drive every rep.
