The Concentration Curls is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Concentration Curls

  1. Sit on a bench, lean forward, and brace the back of your upper arm against your inner thigh.
  2. Curl the dumbbell toward your chin with a supinated grip.
  3. Keep your upper arm pinned — don't let the elbow drift.
  4. Lower to full extension under control before the next rep.
