How to do the Cross Body Hammer Curl

  1. Stand tall with dumbbells at your sides, palms facing inward.
  2. Curl one dumbbell across your body toward the opposite shoulder.
  3. Keep your elbow tucked and your torso still throughout.
  4. Lower slowly, then repeat on the other side.
