How to do the Crunches
- Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat, hands loosely behind your head.
- Curl your shoulder blades off the floor by contracting your abs.
- Keep your lower back in contact with the floor throughout.
- Lower slowly — don't use momentum to bounce back up.
