Decline EZ Bar Triceps Extension

Barbell Triceps

The Decline EZ Bar Triceps Extension is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Decline EZ Bar Triceps Extension

  1. Lie back on the decline bench with feet secured and press the EZ bar to lockout above your lower chest.
  2. Keeping upper arms still, hinge at the elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead or just behind your head.
  3. Extend back to full lockout — pause briefly to eliminate momentum.
  4. Narrow grip on the inner curves of the EZ bar reduces wrist strain.
