Decline Oblique Crunch
The Decline Oblique Crunch is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Decline Oblique Crunch
- Hook your feet in the decline anchors and place one hand behind your head, opposite arm across your torso.
- Curl your torso up and rotate toward the raised knee, bringing your elbow toward the opposite hip.
- Lower under control and repeat for all reps on one side before switching.
- Rotate from the ribs, not the neck — your head should follow your torso, not lead it.
