The Donkey Calf Raises is a strength movement that targets your calves. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Donkey Calf Raises

  1. Hinge at the hips with your torso supported and the balls of your feet on a raised edge.
  2. Rise as high as possible onto your toes and squeeze the calf at the top.
  3. Lower your heel below platform level on every rep for a full stretch.
  4. Keep your knees straight but not locked.
