How to do the Double Kettlebell Windmill

  1. Press one bell to lockout overhead; hold the second at your side.
  2. Push your hips laterally toward the overhead-bell side and hinge down toward the floor.
  3. Keep the overhead arm locked straight and eyes on the top bell.
  4. Drive through your hip to return to standing—don't pull with your back.
