How to do the Drag Curl
- Stand with the barbell against your thighs, elbows directly behind your torso.
- Drag the bar up your body by pulling your elbows back and up — the bar stays in contact with your torso.
- Continue until the bar reaches upper-ab level and elbows are fully behind you.
- Lower along the same path under control; don't let the bar swing away from your body.
