The Dumbbell Floor Press is a powerlifting movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Dumbbell Floor Press

  1. Lie on the floor with knees bent, dumbbells at chest level and elbows resting on the floor.
  2. Press the dumbbells up until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Lower slowly until your triceps make full contact with the floor before the next rep.
  4. Keep your lower back flat — don't arch off the floor to grind out reps.
