How to do the Dumbbell Prone Incline Curl

  1. Set a bench to 45 degrees and lie chest-down with a dumbbell in each hand hanging straight down.
  2. Curl both dumbbells up toward your shoulders by bending at the elbows.
  3. Lower fully until your arms are straight again.
  4. Keep your upper arms perpendicular to the floor — don't let them swing forward.
