The Dumbbell Side Bend is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Dumbbell Side Bend

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, one dumbbell held in one hand at your side.
  2. Keep the opposite hand behind your head or at your side for balance.
  3. Bend laterally toward the dumbbell side, sliding it down your leg.
  4. Contract your obliques on the opposite side to return upright; avoid leaning forward.
