How to do the Dumbbell Tricep Extension -Pronated Grip

  1. Sit or stand holding a dumbbell with a pronated (overhand) grip, arm extended overhead.
  2. Keep your upper arm vertical and close to your head throughout the movement.
  3. Bend only at the elbow to lower the dumbbell behind your head.
  4. Extend your elbow to press back to full lockout.
