How to do the Elbow to Knee

  1. Lie on your back with hands behind your head and knees bent at 90 degrees.
  2. Crunch and rotate, bringing one elbow toward the opposite knee as it draws in.
  3. Alternate sides in a controlled rhythm without jerking your neck.
  4. The rotation comes from your thorax — don't just pull your elbow across.
