How to do the EZ-Bar Curl
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, grip the EZ-bar at the angled inner handles with palms facing up.
- Curl the bar toward your shoulders, keeping your upper arms pinned against your sides.
- Lower the bar under control until your arms are fully extended.
- Don't swing your torso — if you rock, reduce the weight.
