The EZ-Bar Skullcrusher is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the EZ-Bar Skullcrusher

  1. Lie flat on a bench, press the EZ-bar to arms' length directly over your chest.
  2. Bend only at the elbows, lowering the bar toward your forehead.
  3. Extend back to lockout, keeping your upper arms vertical throughout.
  4. Keep your elbows narrow — don't let them flare out to the sides.
