Flat Bench Leg Pull-In

Body only Abdominals

The Flat Bench Leg Pull-In is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Flat Bench Leg Pull-In

  1. Sit at the edge of the bench, hands gripping the sides, legs extended out straight.
  2. Draw your knees toward your chest in a controlled arc, then extend back out.
  3. Keep your lower back pressed into the bench throughout the movement.
  4. Don't let your legs drop—resist gravity on the way out.
