Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise

Body only Abdominals

The Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise

  1. Lie flat on the bench and grip the sides near your hips for stability.
  2. Raise your legs together to vertical, keeping them straight.
  3. Lower them slowly until they're just above the bench—don't touch down.
  4. Don't let your lower back arch off the bench as your legs descend.
