The Floor Press with Chains is a powerlifting movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Floor Press with Chains

  1. Lie flat on the floor with the loaded bar directly above your chest.
  2. Grip just outside shoulder width and unrack, letting the chains pool on the floor.
  3. Lower until your upper arms contact the floor, then press explosively to lockout.
  4. Keep your feet flat and glutes down throughout the set.
