The Frog Sit-Ups is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Frog Sit-Ups

  1. Lie on your back and bring the soles of your feet together, knees flared out.
  2. Place hands lightly behind your head or cross them over your chest.
  3. Curl your torso up toward your feet using your abs.
  4. Lower under control and let your shoulders fully return to the floor before the next rep.
