The Good Morning off Pins is a powerlifting movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Good Morning off Pins

  1. Set the safety pins so the bar sits just below hip height and unrack it onto your upper traps.
  2. Step back, establish a hip-width stance, and brace your core hard.
  3. Hinge at the hips until the bar nearly contacts the pins, then reverse the movement.
  4. Control the descent — don't drop the bar onto the pins between reps.
