How to do the Hammer Curls
- Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides and curl both dumbbells toward your shoulders.
- Squeeze at the top, then lower with control over two counts.
- Don't swing your torso to initiate the rep.
