How to do the Hamstring Stretch
- Sit or stand and extend one leg straight, resting your heel on the floor.
- Hinge forward from your hips — not your waist — keeping your back flat.
- Reach toward your foot until you feel a stretch along the back of the thigh.
- Hold the position and breathe; don't bounce or force the range.
