The Hanging Bar Good Morning is a powerlifting movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Hanging Bar Good Morning

  1. Place the bar across your upper back, feet hip-width apart, knees soft.
  2. Hinge at the hips, keeping a flat back, until your torso approaches parallel with the floor.
  3. Drive your hips forward to return to standing — do not round the lower back.
  4. Control the descent; do not rush the hinge.
