The High Cable Curls is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the High Cable Curls

  1. Set both pulleys to shoulder height, grab a handle in each hand, and stand centered between the stacks.
  2. With upper arms parallel to the floor, curl your hands toward your temples.
  3. Squeeze the biceps hard at peak contraction before releasing.
  4. Keep your elbows fixed — do not let them drop or drift backward.
