Hurdle Hops

Other Hamstrings

The Hurdle Hops is a plyometrics movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Hurdle Hops

  1. Stand facing the hurdle with feet hip-width apart and a slight bend in your knees.
  2. Drive both knees up explosively and clear the hurdle with a two-foot takeoff.
  3. Land softly with knees bent, absorbing impact through hips, knees, and ankles.
  4. Stay on the balls of your feet and reset quickly for the next rep.
