The Incline Barbell Triceps Extension is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Barbell Triceps Extension

  1. Set the bench to roughly 45° incline, lie back, and grip the barbell narrow with an overhand grip.
  2. Press the bar to full arm extension above your chest as your starting position.
  3. Hinge only at the elbows, lowering the bar toward your forehead in a controlled arc.
  4. Keep your upper arms stationary and extend to lockout without flaring your elbows out.
