Incline Dumbbell Curl

Dumbbell Biceps

The Incline Dumbbell Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Dumbbell Curl

  1. Sit back on a 45–60° incline bench, arms hanging straight down, palms forward.
  2. Curl both dumbbells toward your shoulders without swinging the arms forward.
  3. Squeeze at the top, then lower fully to stretch the bicep.
  4. Let your arms hang behind the body line — that stretch is the point of the incline.
