The Incline Hammer Curls is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Hammer Curls

  1. Sit on a 45–60° incline bench with arms hanging straight down, palms facing each other.
  2. Curl both dumbbells upward while keeping the neutral grip — do not rotate your wrists.
  3. Squeeze at the top, then lower fully until your arms are straight.
  4. Keep your upper arms stationary and avoid swinging.
