Incline Inner Biceps Curl

Dumbbell Biceps

The Incline Inner Biceps Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Inner Biceps Curl

  1. Sit on a 45–60° incline bench and hold dumbbells with palms facing outward at roughly 45°.
  2. Curl the dumbbells up along that angled path, keeping the wide-grip orientation.
  3. Squeeze hard at the top, then lower fully to restore the stretch.
  4. Do not let your elbows drift forward — they stay behind your torso line.
