How to do the Incline Push-Up Close-Grip

  1. Place your hands on an elevated surface directly under your shoulders, fingers forward, hands close together.
  2. Lower your chest toward the surface, keeping your elbows tight against your sides.
  3. Press back up through your triceps until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Keep your core engaged and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
