JM Press
The JM Press is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the JM Press
- Lie on a bench and grip the bar just inside shoulder width.
- Lower the bar toward your upper chest, letting your elbows travel slightly forward and your forearms angle inward.
- Press back to lockout by extending through the triceps.
- Upper arms should stay at roughly 45 degrees to your torso — this is not a standard bench press.
