  1. Set the bell between your feet and hinge to grip it with a neutral wrist.
  2. Drive through the floor and pull the bell tight to your body as you stand.
  3. Guide it into rack position by catching it on your forearm, not your palm.
  4. Stand tall at the top with your elbow close to your side.
