Kettlebells Hamstrings

The Kettlebell Hang Clean is a strength movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Kettlebell Hang Clean

  1. Start standing with the bell at hip height, hips slightly hinged and weight balanced.
  2. Drive your hips forward and pull the bell close to your body as you rise.
  3. Guide the bell into rack position, catching it on your forearm at the top.
  4. Reset to the hang with control before each rep — don't bounce.
