The Kettlebell Windmill is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Kettlebell Windmill
- Press the kettlebell overhead and rotate your feet 45 degrees away from the working arm.
- Push your hip out to the side of the working arm as you hinge and lower your free hand toward the floor.
- Keep the overhead arm vertical and your eyes on the bell the entire way down.
- Drive through your hip to return upright; don't let the bell drift forward.
