Knee Tuck Jump

Body only Hamstrings

The Knee Tuck Jump is a plyometrics movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Knee Tuck Jump

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, then dip slightly and explode straight up.
  2. Drive both knees toward your chest at the peak of the jump.
  3. Land softly on the balls of your feet with knees bent to absorb the impact.
  4. Reset immediately and minimize ground contact time between reps.
