How to do the Kneeling Cable Triceps Extension

  1. Kneel facing away from the cable stack with the rope held overhead, elbows pointed forward.
  2. Keep your upper arms fixed and extend your forearms until your elbows are fully locked out.
  3. Lower the rope back under control, stopping before your elbows flare out.
  4. Keep your core tight and avoid arching your lower back.
