How to do the Landmine 180's
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the free end of the barbell with both hands at chest height.
- Rotate your torso and swing the bar in an arc from one side to the other.
- Keep your hips square to the front — rotation comes from the torso only.
- Brace your core and control the bar's momentum; don't let it pull you.
