How to do the Leg-Up Hamstring Stretch

  1. Lie on your back and raise one leg straight toward the ceiling.
  2. Keep the opposite leg flat on the floor.
  3. Pull the raised leg gently toward you until you feel tension in the back of the thigh.
  4. Hold the stretch; don't bounce or force the range.
