How to do the Lunge Pass Through

  1. Stand tall holding a kettlebell at your side.
  2. Step into a deep lunge and pass the kettlebell under your front thigh from hand to hand.
  3. Drive through your front heel to step into the next lunge.
  4. Keep your chest up and front knee tracking over your toes throughout.
