Lying Cable Curl

Cable Biceps

The Lying Cable Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Lying Cable Curl

  1. Lie face-up on the floor with your feet toward the cable stack and grip the attachment with a supinated grip.
  2. Rest your upper arms flat on the floor and curl the handle toward your forehead.
  3. Pause at the top, then lower with control back to the start.
  4. Keep your upper arms pinned to the floor — only your forearms move.
