How to do the Lying Cable Curl
- Lie face-up on the floor with your feet toward the cable stack and grip the attachment with a supinated grip.
- Rest your upper arms flat on the floor and curl the handle toward your forehead.
- Pause at the top, then lower with control back to the start.
- Keep your upper arms pinned to the floor — only your forearms move.
