The Lying High Bench Barbell Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Lying High Bench Barbell Curl

  1. Lie face-up on a high bench with your upper arms hanging straight down, gripping the barbell with a supinated grip.
  2. Curl the bar toward your forehead by flexing only at the elbow.
  3. Lower under control until your arms are fully extended before the next rep.
  4. Keep your upper arms perpendicular to the floor throughout — don't swing them forward.
