How to do the Lying Supine Dumbbell Curl

  1. Lie flat on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand and arms hanging straight down toward the floor.
  2. Curl both dumbbells up by flexing at the elbow, keeping upper arms vertical.
  3. Squeeze the biceps at the top before lowering.
  4. Fully extend at the bottom on each rep to maximize range of motion.
