How to do the Lying Triceps Press
- Lie flat on a bench and grip the EZ-curl bar with a narrow, pronated grip, arms extended over your chest.
- Lower the bar toward your forehead by bending only at the elbows; keep upper arms vertical.
- Press back to full extension without flaring the elbows wide.
- Control the descent — don't let the bar drop toward your face.
