How to do the Machine Preacher Curls

  1. Set the seat so the top of the pad sits in your armpits.
  2. Grip the handles and curl up until your forearms are near vertical.
  3. Lower the weight until your arms are fully extended, without letting the weight drop.
  4. Keep your upper arms flat against the pad — don't let them lift off.
