Medicine Ball Full Twist
The Medicine Ball Full Twist is a plyometrics movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Medicine Ball Full Twist
- Sit with knees bent and feet off the floor, or stand with feet hip-width apart, holding the ball at chest.
- Rotate your torso fully to one side, then drive back through center to the other side.
- Keep your hips square and facing forward — rotation comes from the torso, not the pelvis.
- Control the ball at each end range; don't let momentum take over.
