How to do the Moving Claw Series
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and core braced.
- Drive one knee up, then reach down and claw the ground as you step forward.
- Alternate legs, loading each hamstring with a controlled pulling action through the step.
- Keep your torso upright — don't hunch forward to reach the ground.
